What a Beautiful Mornin' in Oklahoma!

Memorial Hospital of Texas County Authority Partners with Captive Radiology for MRI Services

Guymon, OK –– Captive Radiology strives to bring quality radiology services to hospitals of all sizes. Memorial Hospital of Texas County Authority (MHTC) is a 25-bed critical access hospital that serves the residents of Texas County and surrounding counties in the Oklahoma Panhandle.

Captive is currently providing a mobile Siemens Symphony parked at its main hospital location. Captive is also providing marketing support to inform physicians and community members of MHTC's updated MRI services.

"Memorial Hospital of Texas County is grateful to partner with Captive. Captive Radiology's technical and sales staff were amazing. They accomplished every goal on time.

Captive Radiology has been able to provide us with the proper equipment that we need to service our patients with minimal notice. When working with Captive Radiology, anytime we needed something, we found that they were always quick to respond. They utilize several media aspects, whether it’s telephone or e-mail, or even text messaging. Our issues were met promptly. We were able to get things serviced quickly. There was never an aspect of the service that we were dissatisfied with. We always found the response to be quick, professional, and courteous.

I would tell someone that’s interested in renting or engaging a mobile scanner to consider Captive Radiology for several reasons. One, they have top-notch equipment. At one point, we were receiving patient satisfaction letters that they were pleased with the mobile we were using.

The overall customer service was phenomenal. The response times are always quick and pleasant, and they’re just a joy to work with." - Estanislao Tovilla, VP of Ancillary Operations & Employed Provider Services, MHTC.

We look forward to assisting more critical access hospitals with their medical imaging needs.
